Q1: What is your terms of packing?A1: 1KVA, 2KVA, 3KVA, 4KVA, 5VA, and 6KVA inverters are packed inside the double corrugat-ed grey cartons separately, 8KVA and 10KVA inverters are packed inside the wooden cartons sepa-rately; each inverter has PE foam wrapping for security.There cartons don't show any company information, but the OEM printing is accepted.
Q2: What is your terms of payment?A2: Payment<=10000 USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=10000 USD, 30% T/T in advance ,bal-ance before shipment.
Q3: What is your terms of delivery?
A3: EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF.
Q4: How about your delivery time?
A4: The lead time will be 5 days for samples (less than 5pes), and 5~30 days for bulk order.
